Polish artist Miroslaw Balka has been commissioned by London's Tate Modern gallery to fill its Turbine Hall.

Balka will be the tenth artist to display their work in the hall when the exhibition opens in October.

Comprising installation, sculpture and video, Balka's work explore themes of personal history and experience.
